Adriatic Life is a brokerage for things that are worth crossing a border for — property, vessels, vehicles, aircraft and businesses, along the Croatian coast.
We are small on purpose. The person who answers the telephone is the person who knows the file, and a listing is taken on only when we would be comfortable showing it to somebody we know.
A portal publishes everything and lets you sort it out. The price and the address of every property on it are visible to anyone with a browser, including the neighbours, the competition and every agency in the country.
Here, the exact price and the street address are released to a buyer who has identified themselves. It takes a moment, it costs nothing, and it means the seller knows who has seen their figure. Every introduction is recorded against the listing, and that record is what commission is settled on — not anybody's recollection.
We do not take on everything in a category. A listing that cannot be presented honestly — no photographs worth showing, a description that says nothing, a seller who will not answer questions — does not go on the site, because it costs the reader their time and costs us their trust.
Agencies and brokerages, private owners, and sellers of businesses. Every advertiser is checked before a single listing goes live: a registered company, an OIB, and somebody who answers when we ring.
We work across all six stretches of the coast — Istria, Kvarner, Zadar and north Dalmatia, Split and central Dalmatia, Hvar and the islands, and Dubrovnik. They are different markets with different seasons, different access and, in practice, different paperwork.
We store only what the platform needs until you say otherwise. Nothing that measures or advertises runs until you allow it — not in the background, not on this page. Privacy notice
