You are charged when it sells. Not before.
Nothing, at any stage. There is no fee to search, no fee to unlock a price or an address, and no fee to be introduced to a seller. If anybody asks you for money to see a listing on this site, it did not come from us.
The rate depends on the category and the value, which is why it is quoted rather than published: a commission that is right for a berth is not right for a building.
The record of introductions held against the listing. Every buyer who completed the form is on it, with the date. When a sale completes we settle against that record rather than against anybody's recollection of who said what to whom.
You are not required to list exclusively with us. You may have the same thing with another agency at the same time. What is recorded here is which buyer we introduced, and that is all the commission turns on.
We store only what the platform needs until you say otherwise. Nothing that measures or advertises runs until you allow it — not in the background, not on this page. Privacy notice
