Approval
Every account is reviewed before it becomes active, usually within a working day. Every new listing is approved before it goes live, and an edit to a live listing is approved again before it replaces what is showing — the live version stays up in the meantime.
What it costs
Nothing to hold an account, nothing to list, and nothing while a listing sits on the market. A commission is due when a sale completes.
